The Pangere Corporation was the General Contractor for the renovation of the existing CFNI Administration Building Renovation located in Munster, Indiana.

Designed with the future in mind, the Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana Administration Building houses the administration and benefits employees. The 13,000 sq. ft. headquarters building features the latest effective strategies for workforce productivity, recruitment, retention, and long-term operational efficiency for the health plan and clinical support staff.

The multi-phase project includes a renovation of the administration building which houses a board room, training room, cafeteria, and employee benefits center. In addition, it provides ample office space and storage for the entire staff. The design featured support spaces, both open and private workspaces, and private consultation rooms. The final phase of the project included site development work including a new parking lot, sidewalks, trash receptacle enclosure, pressure washing exterior of the building, and new ADA ramp and curbs.

Sustainable systems included in the design are high-performing LED lighting systems, low–water–use fixtures, and economic analysis of mechanical system alternatives.
