The Pangere Corporation was awarded the contract to provide general construction services for the reconstruction of the Munster High School Football Stadium along with its team of subcontractors. Pangere’s own workforce self-performed the carpentry, structural steel erection and painting for the following: 5,000 square foot concession and classroom building, baseball press box, concession/restroom building additions, two entry ticket booth buildings and plazas, pedestrian bridge, and a new bleacher system with press box. 

The new state-of-the-art football and track and field sports complex included: 

• Eight-lane track with rubberized running track surface system 
• Main football field and practice field with synthetic turf 
• Scoreboard, track timing system, and athletic equipment 
• Duratherm striping across Columbia Avenue 
• Electrical systems, including new stadium lighting, medium voltage and low voltage system upgrade 
• Plumbing and HVAC system for new and existing buildings
