The Pangere Corporation was the General Contractor for the new 2,000-square-foot addition and 30,000 square foot capital improvements of the Sandridge Elementary School for School District 172 Campus located in Lynwood, Illinois.

The project provides a more secure entry into the school. The previous main entrance allowed visitors to have access to the main hallway of the school building. With the new vestibule, visitors and students will have to enter a space that is separate from the main school building, where a security guard is placed to give them access to the building.

The plan was to construct the 2,000 square foot new secure entryway addition, renovate the existing school to receive new finishes throughout corridors to include new flooring, lighting, and paint color on all locker rooms; renovate all restrooms; renovate the media center and new glazing and graphic design for conference/meeting space.
