The Pangere Corporation was the General Contractor for renovating the St. Mark’s Early Learning Academy located in Gary, Indiana. The 70-year-old, historic landmark building renovation featured the following scope of work:

Scope of Work Phase 2

Complete remodel of the first floor of the existing school. Demolition of all interior finishes, windows, concrete eyebrow on 2nd floor, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC. Installation of new exterior block walls, new exterior windows, new viewing windows in the corridor, new flooring, new doors and hardware, new ceilings and lighting, remodeled restrooms, new cabinetry/casework in the kitchen, and new HVAC upgrades in all of the classrooms.

Scope of Work Phase 3

Added cabinetry/casework, sinks, and water fountains in all of the classrooms, and installed an exterior door in one classroom for ADA compliance, including a new concrete ramp and sidewalk.

Scope of Work Phase 4

Partial remodel on the second floor, including upgrading the HVAC units, new exterior windows, new flooring, painting of rooms and corridors, remodeling of the restrooms, new ceilings, new lighting, new cabinetry/casework in the kitchen.
